Our team was invited to be part of the Property Council of Australia review committee that formulated the current guidelines and industry standards. As a result we advise both the Institute of Surveyors and the industry on Property Council guidelines and have acted as an ‘expert witness’ in arbitration cases involving tenancy area disputes. Our services include:
