David Thomason has over 25 years experience in all facets of cadastral and building surveys. He and his team specialise in tenancy area surveys of commercial, retail and industrial properties. David is skilled in creating accurate internal and external floor plans for owners, asset managers and architects to assist in project development and design.

David has provided tenancy documentation for NAB, Westpac, the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority and Colliers International among others. He is an advisor to the Institute of Surveyors and the Property Council of Australia’s Method of Measurement sub-committee (for determining lettable areas).
