Colin Weatherby has over 40 years experience as a surveyor and town planner consulting to the property development industry. He has expertise in all facets of planning for land subdivision projects throughout New South Wales and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of property development.

He is a Registered Surveyor and past Director of the NSW Board of Surveying and Spatial Information, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Surveyors and a Member of the Association of Consulting Surveyors. In 2003 he was voted Professional Surveyor of the Year by his peers. Since 2006 he has been a Part-time Lecturer for the Surveying, Subdivision and Development degree at UNSW.
