Brian Lapham

Brian Lapham has over 30 years’ civil engineering experience. In his career he has managed multi-million dollar construction contracts, designed roads and drainage systems for major land development projects and designed WSUD systems and detention basins for large-scale urban developments.

As Director of Engineering he has been involved in complex projects ranging from 65 to 2000 lots. he also has expertise in wetland designs - computer modelling of creek and stormwater systems in urban and rural catchments, and in rainwater balance and re-use for residential, commercial and industrial developments.
