Peter Vandergraaf has over 30 years experience in all facets of titling and property development. He is a Registered Surveyor and an Accredited Strata Certifier with the Building Professionals Board. He is able to act as the consent authority in the endorsement of strata plans.

Peter has tailored his expertise to provide titling advice to large and complex strata and community schemes. He has consulted on the creation of entire new suburbs and prestige long term projects. He also has experience in high-rise/mixed use premises, resort/themed developments, aged care villages and Greenfield sites. He has been a design consultant to Sydney Water and regularly provides titling advice to the industry.
